I have a form with a variety of fields.
In 2 different areas of the form, there are checkboxes. These do not print. But checkboxes on other pages do.
The option to print all fields is on.
Is the same font being used for all the check boxes?
It could be possible you are using a non-standard font that others do not have on their systems.
What happens if the user with a problem uses the "Print as graphic" setting for printing?

Did you create this form?
Is it possible there is a "Will Print" script that sets these fields to "no print"?
Are these individual fields set to "Display no print"?

Yes I created the form. There are no scripts and the properties are set to print all content and fields, the default.
I have since found out that this does not happen to everyone who prints it and may not be a form problem but something else.
So this may not be the place to be. Although I would still like to know why some PCs print it different.
Thanks

Ok, so none of this is effective. fonts etc all work. Will have to assume it is specific PCs and a local issue.
Thanks for your help.
