Had to format my laptop and now I can't activate back the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

Had to format my laptop and now I can't activate back the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro as it keeps giving me a message that the serial number I providede is valid but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer. I downloaded again the installtion software from my account page and sitill keeps doing the same problem. Do I need a new license?

Seems Acrobat XI was an upgrade from the previous version. You need to select your previous Acrobat version, enter its serial key to activate Acrobat XI upgrade.

    Dear Aadesh,

    You were right. I did choose the Adobe 9 Pro Extended option and input the respective serial number and now the Acrobat XI is activated.
