Having issues publishing PDF version of book using FrameMaker 11

I'm unable to publish a PDF version of a book using FrameMaker 11.  I am also having issues trying to generate TOCs.

I can, however, publish individual chapters of the book in PDF form.  Any ideas of what I may be doing incorrectly?  THanks.

This sounds more like a question for the FM forum. I believe you use Export in FM and the Export is a FM feature, not Acrobat.
