Hi, I have a CS6 Design & Web Premium License, working on a MacBook Pro / El Capitan.

For some reason, suddenly my Acrobat X didn't work no more and I tried to reinstall. First I used the original DVD, but installation would not finish, the DVD simply got ejected.

So I downloaded the latest DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS4.dmg, but same thing: Installation silently stops and the DMG gets ejected automatically.

Bad thing I already deinstalled Acrobat X, so now I'm trapped.

No Acrobat, no installation - but I urgently need the software!

Please help, how can I reinstall the Acrobat X??

So here is what the Adobe Support said: CS6 is too old for Mac OS X El Capitan!

This is crazy! CS6 works fine with El Capitan, except Installation!

Finally I solved the problem by myself.

Well okay, I finally managed to install Acrobat X Pro directly from the payloads folder on the DVD.

But now I ran into another problem: My serial number is not accepted! wtf!

Please, can anyone help and give some advice what to do?
