How can a Blue Print of a House in Pdf Format be converted to a Visio Drawing
Unfortunately, I don't think that is what the OP was looking for. A raster image file is not editable in Visio which is primarily a vector graphics program. Unless that “blue print of a house in PDF format” is really a big honk'in raster image, export to raster image is effectively lossy. Unfortunately, the only vector formats supported by Visio are the Microsoft .WMF and .EMF formats. Neither of these formats are directly exportable from Acrobat.

Please don't re-post the same question. It's not going to change the answer you got.
You can export a PDF to an image file and then I assume you'll be able to open it using Visio.

If you need to maintain the vector information in the “blue print” PDF and are willing to put up with some potential lossiness, one kludge solution would be to open the page of the PDF in Adobe Illustrator. (Note that normally I would never recommend this for anything other than an emergency since Illustrator is not a PDF editor and can lose and or transform PDF content!), From Illustrator, export to either .WMF or .EMF format which can be directly inserted into a Visio document. You would then need to ungroup the imported content in order to edit or otherwise manipulate it other than as a single object.
