I am a registered user of Acrobat XI. The computer that it was installed on had a permanent hard drive failure and is no longer in use. How do I unregister my copy of Adobe XI so that I can reregister it on my present desktp?

Hi leop9614400 ,

If its your second machine on which you trying to install Acrobat XI you can do it using your ID without deactivating from the previous machine .

You can use this link to install Acrobat XI on your new machine : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Also let us know the OS version on your new system.

Let us know if you need any further assistance .
