How can I deactivate Adobe XI when it was registered on a computer whose hard drive has permanently failed and is unrecoverable?

I am a registered user of Acrobat XI. The computer that it was installed on had a permanent hard drive failure and is no longer in use. How do I unregister my copy of Adobe XI so that I can reregister it on my present desktp?

If its your second machine on which you trying to install Acrobat XI you can do it using your ID without deactivating from the previous machine .

You can use this link to install Acrobat XI on your new machine : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
