How do I analyze results?

Hi Adobe Community,

I am new to creating forms and was wondering if there is a way to analyze results? The overview tutorial stops at creating forms. I searched for posts on analysis, but didn't find any. Probably not looking for the right terminology.

Thank you,

LF

You can merge the results of multiple forms to a CSV file very easily. In Acrobat XI it's under Tools - Forms - More Form Options - Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet...

Acrobat is not likely not the tool for it, but what kind of analysis do you want to perform?

Ideally I would like for people to be able to fill out individual forms and then import the results into my ACT! database. If I could export results into excel or a csv file I could import them. I would like to trend things such as how many people are using a certain type of sensor? The information will help customer support when people call with questions or problems. They could go to a pdf record stored in a directory, but a relational database is easier.
