How Do I get Acrobat Customer Support for Sales

I am considering buying Adobe Acrobat. I have been trying to reach Acrobat customer service for about a year.  Haven't bought their product because I can't seem to find any way to contact them.

One of my issues is that, one of the purchase options for Acrobat DC Pro is "pro upgrade desktop software only." Does anyone know what software would it need to update? Is the Reader good enough?  How can I confirm this with Acrobat directly before I purchase?

Thanks.

Go here: Software & Services

Click on the Buy button next to Acrobat. Then select "Upgrade" next to "I want to buy".

The list of products in the "I own" list is the ones you need to have to qualify for an upgrade.

Reader is a free application so of course you can't upgrade from it to Acrobat.
