How do I get the tools in the Quick Tools Toolbar to always show a description of what they are?

Currently I have to hover over them to know what they do. I would like to be able to read what each icon does so I don't have to spend time hovering to find the icon I need at that moment.

Adobe Acrobat. This is what it currently looks like. I'm wanting to get a description shown underneath each icon.
