How do I just talk to an Adobe representative who can fix my issue with your product? This whole customer support setup is insane...

I mean really. Adobe is a huge software company - how can they tolerate customer service this bad. I have been clicking around in circles on the Adobe site, which inevitably just funnels me back into the forums (thus far unhelpful). And from what I've been reading, once I DO get in contact with someone (how?), the support calls/chats don't seem to be much better. Someone please prove me wrong. You are squandering the good will of customers who pay a lot of money for your products.

I can't even return the product I purchased because the help links just take me here:2016-08-23_9-34-00.jpg

I think you just selected the wrong product (probably Acrobat Reader instead of Acrobat, like you did with your original message).

When I select Acrobat and then Downloading problems I get this screen:

As you can see, the Phone option is available and when I click on it I get the relevant phone number. If you're located in the US it's:

Please read my post before responding. You can see from the picture I posted that Chat Help is available "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" and yet "chat is currently closed". Not to mention that it is within the hours you specified and chat is still closed.

I am also not trying to cancel a Creative Cloud membership.

No. As you can see, neither the phone or chat options are available when I click on Acrobat > Downloading, installing, setting up > Downloading and installing > Contact us.

But thank you for providing the phone number, I will try that. (I apologize if I am being rude; this is very frustrating.)

Were you logged in to your account when you did that? What country do you have set up as your location?

I was logged in but I had not selected a region. I selected U.S., went back and tried again and got the same options as the screen shot I posted. I will give them a call.

I wonder if the help options are based on registered products in my profile. As my issue is stopping me from registering, the product I bought is only listed under "orders" and not "products".
