How do I find the installer file to install Flash Player on a PC with Windows 7 OS?

Hi Patrick Guarino,

Please find the below information :

32 Bit Windows:

  • C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil_ActiveX.exe

64 Bit Windows:

  • C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil_ActiveX.exe
  • C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil_ActiveX.exe

Hi Sarojini,

Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, my problem is that I don’t understand the terminology and how to find my way around the computer. I will have to hire someone to actually walk me through it. I appreciate your help.
