CLARIFICATON  TO QUESTION:

The product is Adobe Acrobat Pro. version 6.

By registered I meant to say under my adobe ID account in the "my products" section.

When using program i am forwarded to an activation page by phone and issued an activation number.

However, activation by phone is no longer permitted.
