How to convert a PDF from RGB to CYMK, and get a Plain Black.

I have a los of Ad for a publication, some client send  the ad in PDF RGB, We have a news paper press CYMK. Acrobat have any setting to fix the problem. I need to get a Plain Black from a RGB PDF.

This PDF is example of RGB Ad, whit out plain black color:
