Do you have Acrobat installed on your Mac?
Is it compatible with Outlook please check Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications, Adobe Acrobat.
If Acrobat version is compatible with Outlook version you will find PDF maker plugin in outlook. There will be an Acrobat tab in Outlook, you need to select your email from outlook & go to the Acrobat tab & select Create PDF
