Look at the screenshots and you will understand what I mean:
1. text by default splitted into 2 forms (big and small)
2. I moved text from small form to big form
3. after I click "Save" I got 2 splitted forms again

You can't prevent it. Acrobat interprets the contents of the page based on internal logic. This is basically guess work, as PDF files do not contain this kind of "boxes" at all, nor were they ever meant to be edited in such a way.
