I am sorry for the delayed response, on the DC SDK hub page, all the SDK links of Acrobat are working fine now, please check and let us know if you experience any issue.

The Acrobat SDK documentation link can be downloaded from here:

What part of the SDK are you interested in?  JavaScript? C++ API? the IAC?

The JS and IAC are online.

Acrobat DC SDK Documentation

and the C++ API for plug-ins is HTML, but it's inside the SDK zip.

I do not see link to the document there - only actual SDKs.
