How to edit a pdf that is scanned from hard copy?

After deleting the paras, it look like this. IT IS A DOCUMENT MADE FROM A HARD COPY. PLS. HELP,  HOW TO MAKE IT CLEAN

Hi.

If original papers and/or scans are blurry, etc. there is only one solution remaining: take the keyboard and rewrite.

There is no magic in OCR, it can not transform pumpkins into carriages.

Hi, thanks for your help.  I already watched this video before seeking your help.

MY pdf is not an ordinary soft copy....

It is a scanned one taken from hard copy, a booklet...

numerous pages are unclear and blurred... though i zoom it a dozen times, they are not legible.... to read or edit.

please help. I cannot get a soft copy for this pdf, long ago, my friends have deleted it... one of my friends had a booklet of the same, from it, he scanned it and send it to me. Now, I need to edit it, it has lot of disadvantages, like blurred, bleed, etc.,

could you help me?
