how to i do a foot note in a texte on pdf???

i hate adobe pdf, bad service, bad product. How the hell do i do a foot note , with a numer for reference in a pdf texte!!

and why the hell i cannot have a french service!!

Acrobat is not an authoring product like MS Word or Apache OpenOffice.org Writer. I would look at programs like Word, InDesign etc that are designed for creating and editing. Both OpenOffice.org and Libre Office are free office  suites that can create PDFs and support table of contents and footnoting.You

As far as foreign language you need to set your preference for Acrobat to use the French language or set  your OS to use the French language.
