I am still unable to print pdf files that are emailed to me. The messages that I get are "The document could not be printed" and then "There were no pages selected to be printed". I use Windows XP. Can someone please help me, I have exhausted all troubleshooting options.

Hi ,

Please tell the Acrobat version you work on.

You could meanwhile go through the following link once and see if that helps.

‌You said you have just Adobe Reader. Print production is in Acrobat Pro only.

So what program is it that comes with Windows XP. What ever program it was,

it all of a sudden stopped allowing me to print and when I tried to do a

compatibility run, it put it in Windows 95 and now I can't even open adobe.

What is the software that allows you to print and is a free download because

I know I didn't pay for it in the first place. This is making me crazy.

ve done all of the trouble shooting there is to do and nothing is working.

You are not going to believe this... I followed all instructions and I still can't open Adobe or a pdf file. I had it reinstalled under Windows XP SP2. This is the error that I receive:

AcroRd32.exe Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

By the way, I do appreciate all the help you can try with me.
