Simple: something like "is not the correct number".

We I purchased the 8.0 versión I bought the english versión and it works... Then I upgrade to the 9.0 pro versión (multiple language) and it worked but I changed computer and can´t find how to install correct the program and make it work.


If it's an upgrade license then you must also enter the s/n of the previous version, the one you upgraded from.

Hi  Luckyboy ,

Would like to inform that this program is not available in this Language , its available in these mentioned language in this link :- Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat ‌9

The problem I have is that the serial number of the program I bought (multilanguaje) is not recognize.

What can I do...?

If it's an upgrade license then you must also enter the s/n of the previous version, the one you upgraded from.
