I've tried to uninstall all Adobe products but still show shadows of Acrobat, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash Pro CC 2014? I can't uninstall these versions. I can reinstall everything but Acrobat Pro DC. I'm a Creative Cloud team subscriber.

Hi Houston1865,

Could you please let me know the OS version on your system?

If you have windows, try to run this cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the system and install acrobat pro DC from this link : Download and install Acrobat DC subscription

Let me know if this helps.

Regards
Sarojini

When I download and try to reinstall I get an error that the file {BD8B9F20-D707-465F-843E-68900B5A238F}\Acrobat_DC_Web_WWMUI\Adobe Acrobat\ or AcroPro.msi can't be located?
