Please try running the cleaner tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of Acrobat.

Then, restart your machine and install the Acrobat Pro DC from here:

Download Link for Acrobat Pro DC (Subscription) :- Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) | Enterprise or VIP

                                                        (With then Serial Number) :- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Hi ,

Could you please tell what error message you are getting when trying to uninstall Acrobat DC?

Also, could you please check if you have acropro.msi in Program Files, navigate to C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Setup Files\{AC76BS.....}\AcroPro.msi .
