I got a virus on my machine, now Adobe Acrobat XI Pro will not license.

I got a virus on my machine, now Adobe Acrobat XI Pro will not license. This was purchased before I got hired and there is not documentation on the license #. I can get it to work for a little bit, but then it crashes? I've logged onto my account, but there is nothing in my products. Is there a way to find the serial number while it's up so that I can enter it?

Thanks for the link. I have actually done those things. On the option "If you lost your serial number, or your product is not listed in your account, contact us​" is where I am at.  It brought me to this forum to ask the question.

  1. There is nothing in my products account in Adobe.com. I don't have a key card or listing of the serial number. It was purchased before I arrived at my workplace.
  2. I tried restoring my computer back a few days and it would work for a bit and then crash.
  3. At this point, my license has been revoked. I am asking if there is another way to find my serial number or am I just out the software.

It sounds like the license belongs to your employer. Ask them to reinstall the application and activate it using the original serial-number.
