I have Acrobat Pro X and I cannot delete Action Wizard actions

I imported actions do not work and when I try and remove them they do not even show up in the edit actions to delete.  I ended up copying all the info to make my own which works rather than importing but i'm still stuck with the old actions i can't delete.

i am not trying to delete actions out of the box.  it is a custom action.  They are listed in Action Wizard but when I click Edit Actions to delete they are not
