I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and recently changed to a new Macbook - how do I download and install my old Acrobat on new machine?

I have Serial Number and Box for Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional for my old Mac - now I have a new mac = how do I get Adobe Pro 8 on my new mac?

I also have my Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional CD - can I  simply install from this?

Still having trouble. I used the Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional DVD on my Macbook - completed the installation but nothing happens when I click on the Application

You don't. Acrobat 8 is not compatible with any current OS, nor is it

supported by Adobe any more.
