I have Adobe Acrobat Standard XI. I cannot get it to convert jpgs to pdfs on Windows 10. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, as it worked on Windows 8.

I pull up the jpg, select "Print", and then select "Adobe PDF" from my list of printers. It shows a progress box on my desktop, but it never finishes printing.

Hi joyas55623406 ,

Could you please tell if this is happening with a single file or with all of them?

Please perform the following steps:

Open Acrobat shortcut>right click>Properties>Compatibility tab>Compatibility mode>check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:">select Windows XP (Service Pack 2/3)>Apply>Ok.

If selecting XP doesn't work , try changing to Vista or Windows 7.

Restart the Computer.

Let us know about the results.

Thank You!

Shivam

Have you tried using Acrobat to open the .jpg then use "Save as" to create the pdf file?

Alternately, you should be able to use File>Create>PDF from file...

Ok. That shows us what is happening when you try to print an email attachment to a pdf but, what happens when you save that attachment to your computer, open Acrobat and choose File>Create>PDF from file or use File>Open?

Is your Acrobat XI fully updated? The latest update is 11.0.16, and there was no official Windows 10 support until 11,0.12: Overview — Acrobat and Adobe Reader Release Notes .
