I have creative cloud yet when i try to use the combine function it sends me to the buy page

Hello, I want combine two documents using Acrobat DC.  I have a current subscription to creative cloud which includes this app.  When I go to combine under tools, it kicks me to the website to buy the app.  For fun, i went to buy it to see if I could make the function work and of course it told me I already have rights to the app.  How can i actually make the it (adobe DC) work as part of my creative cloud purchase?  It notes me as signed in in my id.
