I have my product key and Serial Number, but can't load the program to my computer.

I receive an error that says the serial number is incorrect, yet I printed it when I received it so I know it's correct. How do I reset it?

Please let us know the dot version of  Adobe application you are trying to download.

Also please share the exact error message you get when you enter the serial number.

Hi Meenakshi,

I purchased my computer from Lenovo and ordered Adobe software, Acrobat 12, with the system. I was able to download the Microsoft Word package without any problems, but I can't seem to open the Adobe software. I was also experiencing some modem problems that are now resolved. However, now I get a message telling me that my serial number is not valid. Is it possible to receive another set of either Product Key or Serial number to fix the problem? Or, can Adobe send me a disk to load the program?

‌You'd have to contact Lenovo to get a working product, as the seller. Be sure you follow their instructions to install, there are multiple different downloads of Acrobat Pro.
