I have purchased the annual version of Acrobat Pro DC but can't get the edit functions to open and allow me to edit.

Ok, there may be an issue with the document security. What exactly happens when you try to edit? Please give any messag in full.

When I attempt to edit, it doesn't bring up the edit bar function above to begin working on a file. It sends me to a link for additional info which ends up being the purchase the product page. I went through the motions and it said I already have purchased this program. Not sure where to go from here.
