I installed Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and cannot find the JavaScript Console. Is this now only available in Pro DC?

I know previous versions of Acrobat Standard had the JavaScript console, but I cannot find it in Standard DC.  I've checked the Enable Acrobat JavaScript box in Preferences but I cannot find the JavaScript options in the Tool menu.  Was this feature removed from Standard and it's now only available in Pro?

Document level scripts can also be added via a custom script. See here for more information: Document Level Scripts With Acrobat Standard - KHKonsulting LLC

No version of Acrobat Standard had the JavaScript console available via it's own user interface, you always had to install a custom script to get access to it.

You can find such a script here: Free Acrobat Automation Tools  - look for the "Reader JavaScript Console Window"

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I followed the instruction to install the JavaScript Console per the instructions but it still doesn't seem to be the same in DC as previous versions we are using.  Typically our users go to Tools > Forms > Edit > Other Tasks > JavaScript at which point a dialog box opens called Document Actions where they can execute the JavaScript.  The console you provided seems to be an add-on whereas this seems more like a standard feature.  Here is a screenshot of the box:
