Please refer to this KB article to cancel the Product  if you have purchase that from  Adobe :- Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

After that you purchase the Full Version for the same product .

If you are facing any trouble while doing that please go to Contact Customer Care​ so that a chat representative can help you after looking into your account using Tools.

If you have purchased this product from any re seller, would request you to please check with the reseller for the same .

If you didn't purchase it from Adobe store directly. Then you may contact the store/e-store where you purchased from.
