I purchased a full retail version of Acrobat XI Pro. I installed with serial number, after serial use, the pop up screen with 30 days use until expiration. I thought this is a full reversion? Do I need to subscript and pay for the monthly fee?

Where did you buy now an old Acrobat XI version?

I bought it on Ebay, and it's window 7.

If you have a valid version it should install and run. There may be a technical issue; you may have installed Acrobat DC; or it may be a counterfeit, which are rife in eBay.

One more thing; if it was sold as used you need a transfer of license form. And if it was sold as new, be very suspicious as it was discontinued over a year ago.

In that case you have to contact Adobe

1. to check if the serial is still valid and
2. if this is the case, to transfer the licence.
