I used the installer for Acrobat XI. When asking for serial #, I plug it in and it tells me is not a correct serial #.

Also try to install acrobat XI from this link : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

I did.  I already downloaded the program.  When I choose Acrobat XI from the drop down, and put in my serial #, it does not work.

‌Be sure too that if it asks for your QUALIFYING serial you give that instead.
