uninstall all acrobat and reader versions that might be installed.

clean your computer per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer and use the cc desktop app to install your acrobat pro dc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
