installation acrobat dc impossible

Bonjour,

Il m'est impossible d'intaller Adobe acrobat DC. Lorsque je veux l'installer, on me demande de désinstaller l'ancienne version. Ce que je fais, mais la désinstallation ne se fait pas. Je ne peux donc pas installer la nouvelle version.
Merci de votre aide

PS: Je travaille sur MAC et j'ai un numéro de série pour Design standard CS6.

Hi veroniqueb75262974 ,

Would request you please uninstall the Acrobat older version from your MAC after going through  Applications > Adobe Acrobat Pro version , select the Acrobat  Uninstaller, and double-click it.Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall Acrobat.

Then Try to Install the Acrobat Pro DC .

If any issue persist , then create a new user account with the Admin rights on Mac, login to the new user account & then install Acrobat Pro DC(After uninstalling the Acrobat Pro older version).


Let me know if any issue persist.

please uninstall the Acrobat older version from your MAC after going through  Applications > Adobe Acrobat Pro version , select the Acrobat  Uninstaller, and double-click it. Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall Acrobat.


Adobe Acrobat Pro version does not exist on my computer in the Application file, so I cannot uninstall it.


If I create a new user account, Adobe Acrobat Pro version will not be on my computer. So, I will not be able to uninstall it.


So, please help me .
