I have Acrobat X Pro installed, an Upgrade from Acrobat 9 Pro. After the install I get a Configuration Error dialog box with the above error code 130:11 A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. restart etc. If the problem still occurs contact Customer Support etc...

The software has been on a few old now non existant computer over the years so I'm probally running up against an activation issue. But I can't find how to deactivate on the web.

Anybody with any ideas, Thanks...

Hi ,

Acrobat X is not yet tested with Windows 10.

You might experience some issue if you try to download and use Acrobat X with Windows 10.

At present the compatible versions with Windows 10 are Acrobat XI and DC.

You may refer is acrobat X compatible with windows 10?
