installing Acrobat Pro 9

Installation stalls prior to entering serial #...I've used our disk and downloaded an installer from the adobe site, with no luck.  Thoughts?

Please use Acrobat cleaner tool : Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Please try to reinstall Acrobat.

Or try to repair the licensing file.

and than install the Software.

What OS does the computer have? Acrobat 9 is an old version and not compatible with the current operating systems.
