You can't.   There are however Adobe web services that you can integrate into your web application for editing a PDF.

And there are many 3rd party libraries for this sort of thing, such as iText.

I'm looking to implement OCR on a PDF file within my web application, making it editable, as the content in my file is in image format. Is this achievable through Adobe?
