Invalid Serial Key when I try to install Acrobat X Pro

New Here ,

I'm attempting to install Adobe Acrobat X Pro using a volume license key.  I have deactivated it on another computer, but I still get "Invalid Serial Key" when I try to install.  I have run CC Cleaner, uninstalled other Adobe products, renamed all Adobe folders to "adobe.old"  If I try to reinstall on the computer that was deactivated, the program takes the serial key no problem, but the new computer we need it on ASAP reports Invalid Serial Key.

Please help.

I ensured that I have the correct installer.  It is a Windows instillation marked for "All Languages" and I chose English during execution.  I verified the serial number against our licensing site and it is correct.  Still get the same error

I ran the CC Cleaner Tool and cleared all items and fixed the host file according to the software.  Still get the same error.

When I attempt to install Trial Mode the software doesn't do anything.  If I click "Next" with the radio button for the trial instillation is selected, it does nothing, and I let it sit for some time hoping that it would start the instillation.  Cannot get it to install Trial mode from download in "Other Downloads" section, or a download from our Licensing site.

I have tried installing on another user account in the domain on the computer, and I have also created a local account on the machine with admin rights and attempted to install from there.  Still get the same error.

I've closed all additional running programs and performed a selective boot up of Windows disabling all additional software at start up, and still receive the same error on multiple profiles.

I've engaged Adobe Chat support three times and called twice with no resolution so far.

I have another computer in the office that lets me enter the serial key and the program continues with instillation, but this one does not, always reporting "Invalid Serial Key".
