Invalid Serial Number: Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

I recently upgraded my computer and am trying to re-install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. I have the serial number but no disk as it's been lost. I found a download online (not from Adobe). When I enter the serial number that I have registered with Adobe, it says it's invalid. Is there anyway to get this older version of Acrobat directly from Adobe? Any thoughts on my issue? I've tried reinstalling and doing the trial version, which works, but only lasts a few days and would like it permanently.

However, your version is very old and not compatible with the current operating systems, so problems are to be expected.
