The links don't work at all, or are they just invisible? What application are you using to open the file with on the iOS device?

Hi try67,

Thanks for your response. The links work fine on desktop in Acrobat Reader, but the links will not work on iPhone, or iPad....

The links should open the YouTube video urls that have been allocated to the hyperlinks that I did in Acrobat DC.....

You didn't answer my second question.

Also, do the links work if you make them visible?

I don't follow. What do you mean by "they open as PDF"? Isn't it a link to a web page?

Also, you didn't answer my second question.

Another question is what app are you using on the mobile devices to open them?

But you did not answer the VERY important question: Which program do you use to open the PDFs on iPhone and iPad?

To phrase the same question a different way, have you downloaded the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for your iPhone and iPad and are you using that to view the PDFs?

https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/mobile-app/iphone.html

https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/mobile-app.html

If not, download them and see if the links work when you use them. Please let us know.
