I use Acrobat XI Pro. I have documents whit logo's incorporated . But if they need to be printed (instead of emailed), the document needs to be printed on paper with the logo preprinted. Is there a way to do this?

Try watermark or background for the logo.

If your logo is on a separate layer, you can go to View> Show/Hide> Navigation Panes> Layers (or click on the pancake stack icon), then right click on the logo layer to bring up layer properties. Choose Visible when on & Never prints. I'm using Acrobat DC, but it's probably the same in XI. This should work when the PDF is viewed with Acrobat or Reader, but might not work with some other PDF viewers.
