Is there any way to edit (crop) a PDF without paying for a subscription? We are a non profit organization and do not have funds for this.

I am trying to crop a clip art picture that I have scanned in.  I have not found any way to crop it without paying the $14.99 monthly fee.  Other alternative is just do the old fashioned cut and paste.  We are a non-profit and I do not want to pay to do occasional cropping.
