Looks like I uninstalled Acrotray

Looks like I stupidly uninstalled Acrotray when deleting some other programs (using Windows 10 control panel).

Now when I create a PDF using Acrobat DC Pro, I get an error message saying "Acrotray has stopped working." The new PDF is created OK, I just get the annoying popup, How do I get it back? Just re-install DC Pro?

Hi webhog1 ,

Please Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Then open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

If the issue still persist please  try running the cleaner tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of Acrobat.

Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of Acrobat.

If keep getting this message, refer to this article:- https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html

Let me know how it goes.
