Loupe tool window not visible.

Newly installed Acrobat DC.  Loupe tool creates the blue window on screen, but no Loupe Tool Window appears.

Please Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Is this happening with all the documents or with certain file .

Please share the screen shot as well .
