Mac Acrobat Pro DC invalid serial number

I just bought and downloaded the Acrobat Pro DC to update my Acrobat Pro 8 and get an error message -- This is not a valid serial number. Please re-enter your serial number. -- when I try to install. I AM typing in the correct serial number with no dashes.

Hi,

Please refer to the links below  and when you are entering the serial key , it should be  with dashes after every 4 numbers.
