my subscription to DC pro isnt being picked up, and when i try to subscribe it says already subscribed

I cannot edit any doc for the last 2 months, following instructions (which are sparse, vague) no where can i find a pace to download the pro DC version- just says use reader. When in reader i click tools, and try to edit- then it says "buy a subscription" which i have been paying for a yr or so- so i click "buy" and it says, im sorry, you already have a subscription to acrobat DC pro - BUT I cannot access it for months!!! VERY frustrated and disturbed by the lack of access to customer service as a paid subscriber!! I try to contact the company and am sent to this forum.

Hi ,

It looks to me as if you have you purchased the subscription however not licensed it.

Please open Acrobat as you have downloaded it on your machine.

Navigate to Help>Click Activate.

You would need to type in your Adobe credentials to license the product.

Reader does not let you convert any PDF'.
