No option for embedding a video in Adobe X

I have Acrobat X.  I'm TRYING to embed a video into a PDF.  Everything I search tells me to to to Tools/Advanced Editing or Tools/Content/Insert Video.  There is no "Advanced Editing" option or "Insert Movie/Video" option under Tools or anywhere else that I can see.  "Link, Button, Select Object" are the only options. Suggestions?

Perhaps you have only Acrobat Standard and these are functions in Acrobat Pro only. However... I think Advanced Editing was in Acrobat 9. Check the version number of info you are trying to follow, and look in the help.
