No sound in pdf video

Hello, whenever i put a video in my pdf, the sound is not working, but the film does play. It is a .mov file. What can i do to make the sound work?

Please confirm if you have Adobe Flash player installed on your system.

If not try getting that and see if it works.

Also please confirm the OS version you are using and share the sample file or the URL to it so that i can check it at my end.
